Bios |
Head Coach Dale Amyx
|
Dale Amyx begins his 17th
season as Varsity head football coach at Logan High School this season
and his 28th season as a football coach at LHS. Coach Amyx won his 100th
career game in 2005. A Groveport High School graduate, Coach Amyx
earned his BS in Physical Education and Health and his MA in Education
Administration. Dale has tought Phys Ed at LHS for 27 years.
Dale and his wife Karen have two children, Nick a Senior and Adrienne who
will be in first grade. Coach Amyx goals don’t change much from year
to year, the expectations to win the SEOAL title and qualify for the OHSAA
State playoffs stay the same. |
Coach Jim Robinson
|
Jim Robinson has been a
part of the LHS staff for 28 years. A graduate of Logan High School,
he holds a BS from Wilmington College and an MS from Ohio University.
Jim and his wife Debbie have 3 sons - Ray a sophomore at Rio Grande, Robert
a Junior at LHS, and Ralph a freshman at LHS. Jim is currently assistant
principal at Logan High School. |
Coach Kelly Wolfe

Kelly Wolfe will start his
16th season as a Varsity Football assistant this season. Coach Wolfe
is a 1987 graduate of Logan High School where he re-wrote the LHS rushing
records as a tailback. He earned his BA from Ohio Wesleyan and his
MA from Ohio University. Coach Wolfe teaches 7th grade math at the
Logan Hocking Middle School. Kelly and his wife Sheila have two children,
Jordan who is 8 and Danielle who is 3. |
Coach Bob Cassady
|
Bob Cassady will be coaching
on the LHS Varsity staff for the eighth season. Coach Cassady is
a 1976 graduate of Logan High School where he wrestled and played football.
Bob earned his Masters degree from Ohio Northern where he also wrestled.
Coach Cassady has taught industrial arts for 22 years. Coach Cassady
and his wife Christine have 6 children, Bobby, Kristen, Loryn, Ryan, Kyle,
and Heather. |
