There are currently 7 LHS grads continuing their careers at the collegiate level.  This fall, LF.com hopes to keep track of these seven players each week.  Here is the week 8 edition.

Joey Conrad completed 28-49 passes for 422 yards and 4 touchdowns with 1 interception.

The Pioneers will visit WV State at 1:00 PM October 29nd..

Jesse Henestofel, Class of 2001 and Jason Dicken, Class of 2003 (Muskingum College)
Marietta upset Muskingum on Saturday 18-17.  The Muskies led 17-3 in the third quarter.  Safety Jesse Henestofel recorded 9 tackles and 2 pass break-ups.

Muskingum will play at Heidelberg on October 29, 2005 at 1:30 PM.

Derek Harden, Class of 2002 (The Ohio State University)
Ohio State won at Indiana 41-10.  Derek Harden was on the field for one punt return for the Buckeyes.

The Buckeyes will travel to Minnesota for a noon on October 29th.

Matt Mong, Class of 2002 (University of Dayton)
Dayton dominated Valpo on Senior day 52-7.  Matt Mong rushed for a season high 47 yards on 8 carries and scored two touchdowns for Dayton. Mong has never been thrown for a loss during his college career.

The Flyers will travel to Davidson for a PFL game.  Kick-off is slated for 1:00 PM.

Justin Pack, Class of 2005 (Ohio Dominican University)
Justin Pack will redshirt for the 2005 season after suffering a pre-season ankle injury.  Look for him to contribute with the Panthers in 2006.

Corey Spackey, Class of 2005 (College of Mount St Josephs (Cincinnati, OH)
Look for Corey to contribute on the CMSJ JV team during the 2005 season as he works toward earning playing time for the Lions in 2006.
