Chiefs rally from 14-point deficit to stun Athens

LOGAN — As the Athens Bulldogs lined up to attempt a potential game-tying extra point in the waning seconds Friday night in Logan Chieftain Stadium, T.J. Meyer went up to Logan teammate Kory Henthorne and delivered a blunt message.
“He said, ‘Kory, you block this ball,’ “ Henthorne revealed. “I was like ‘alright, you go hit that guy, and I’m going to run through here and I’m going to jump and get it.’ I didn’t know if I was going to get it, but I was gonna try. I was there and I got it.”
He sure did.
