Chiefs look to bounce back Friday at Teays Valley

Purple & White seek to put last week’s lopsided loss behind them as they begin swing of three-straight road tilts

LOGAN — It’s well-known in Chieftain Nation that, win or lose, Logan football coach Billy Burke has a “24-hour rule” in place for his team to put the previous game behind them and turn the page to the next opponent.

Depending upon how you look at it, last Friday’s season-opening defeat either needed to be forgotten almost immediately or needed to be used solely as much-needed varsity experience.

Maybe it should be a little of both.
