Senior profile: Kory Henthorne

Kory Henthorne is a 6-foot-4, 265-pound offensive/defensive lineman. He wears No. 55 for the Chiefs.

Question: What are some of your strengths as a football player, and what are some of the things you’ve had to work at the hardest to become the player you are?

Answer: Some of my strengths are my size, speed and strength. I’ve had to work hard on my technique.

Q: What does it mean to you to be a Chieftain and what do you want your legacy to be?

A: To me, being a Chieftain is being a part of a great team. I want to be remembered as a great teammate and a great player.

Q: What are some of the ways that you show senior leadership to your underclassman teammates?


A: I have a lot of experience, so I know what to do and I can show (teammates) what to do.


Q: What other sports do you play, besides football, and what is your favorite sport and why?


A: I play basketball and track but football is my favorite.


Q: What are some of your top athletic accomplishments or memories?


A: I have (been named to) two All-SEOAL teams, one All-District, and one honorable mention All-Ohio.
